头孢克肟治疗轻中度社区获得性肺炎患儿临床效果观察及不良反应分析

目的探讨轻中度CAP患儿应用头孢克肟治疗的临床效果及不良反应分析。方法选择2011年10月～2013年5月南京医科大学附属南京医院儿科收治的轻中度CAP患儿124例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组（62例）和治疗组（62例）。对照组给予阿莫西林/克拉维酸治疗;治疗组给予头孢克肟胶囊口服治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87.10%,对照组总有效率为80.65%,两组相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组总治疗时间[（8.1±1.5）d]高于对照组[（7.8±1.4）d],但两组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组不良反应均较少,未停药,所有患儿均完成治疗。结论头孢克肟治疗轻中度CAP患儿疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Cefixime in the treatment of children with mild to moderate community-acquired pneumonia and adverse reactions analysis

Objective To investigate the effect of Cefixime in the treatment of children with mild to moderate community-acquired pneumonia（CAP） and adverse reactions analysis. Methods 124 cases of children with mild to moderate CAP from October 2011 to May 2013 in Pediatrics Department of Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group（62 cases） and treatment group（62 cases） according to the random number table. Control group were treated with Amoxicillin/Clavulanate,treatment group were treated with Cefixime particles. The clinical effects,total treatment time and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.10%,control group was 80.65%,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）; total treatment time of the reatment group [（8.1±1.5） d] was more than that of control group [（7.8±1.4） d],but there was no significant difference between two groups（P 〉0.05）; adverse reactions of two groups were mild,did not stop treatment,all patients completed the treatment. Conclusion Cefixime has a good effecr in the treatment of children with mild to moderate CAP,less adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
