基于病络理论的健脾利湿、活血通络法治疗下肢静脉功能不全的临床效果观察

目的观察健脾利湿、活血通络法治疗慢性下肢静脉功能不全的临床效果,探讨其在脉络湿阻证中的主要作用。方法设计随机对照试验,选取下肢静脉功能不全脉络湿阻证患者63例,随机分为观察组31例（口服消肿冲剂每日2次,每次1袋）、对照组32例（口服迈之灵片每日2次,每次300 mg）,均治疗8周,观察两组患者用药前后症状、体征、血流变化并进行比较。结果两组治疗方案对下肢静脉功能不全均有一定疗效,总有效率分别为90.0%、72.7%,观察组在下肢沉重（P=0.010）、酸胀（P=0.034）、疼痛（P=0.010）、乏力（P=0.024）等症状以及水肿程度（P=0.002）、胫骨前压痛（P=0.049）等体征的改善方面,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消肿冲剂通过健脾利湿、活血通络,可以改善下肢脉络湿阻,对下肢静脉功能不全有较好临床疗效。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of nourishing spleen and eliminating dampness and promoting blood circulation on chronic venous insufficiency basis on collateral disease theory

Objective To observe the curative effect of nourishing spleen and eliminating dampness and promoting blood circulation on chronic venous insufficiency,to discuss the main effect of it in dampness blockage of meridians. Methods 63 patients with dampness blockage of meridians of chronic venous insufficiency were investigated with random control method,31 patients in the observed group were given Xiaozhong electuary two times a day,32 patients in the control group were given Maizhiling Pian 300 mg two times a day. After 8 weeks treatment,symptoms,signs,and changes in blood flow were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rates in the observed group and the control group were 90.0% and 72.7%,respectively. The effects in observed group were superior to those in the control group,especially in symptoms of lower limbs heavy（P=0.010）,sore（P=0.034）,pain（P=0.010）,hypodynamia（P=0.024）,and signs of edema（P=0.002）,tibia tenderness（P= 0.049）. Conclusion Xiaozhong electuary can make an improvement on nourishing spleen and eliminating dampness and promoting blood circulation,improve dampness blockage of meridians,it has a good curative effect on chronic venous insufficiency.
