神香草化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究神香草Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从神香草乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部分分离得到7个化合物,经理化常数和波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为白杨素(Ⅰ)、二十四亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、正十六烷醇(Ⅳ)、蜡醇(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss..METHODS Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies.Compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the plant.Their structures were identified as chrysin(Ⅰ),24-methylenecycloartanol(Ⅱ),oleanolic acid(Ⅲ),n-hexadecanol(Ⅳ),hexacosyl alcohol(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ),respectively.CONCLUSION CompoundsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ are isolated from the plant for the first time.
