回归正交设计优化西红花苷的提取工艺

摘    要:目的 研究从西红花中提取西红花苷的最佳工艺条件。 方法 以西红花苷的提取率为指标,在使用单因素试验方法考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度对西红花中西红花苷提取率的基础上,应用回归正交方法建立3元2次方程优化西红花苷的提取工艺。 结果 最佳的提取工艺是:乙醇浓度52%,提取时间30 min,提取温度30 ℃。此条件下,提取率为0.643 5 mg·g-1结论 在优化的提取工艺下,西红花中西红花苷提取率较高。
