| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三效愈创软膏解热镇痛的药效学作用。方法：按不同剂量分别观察了三效愈创软膏对干酵母诱发大鼠升体温作用的影响，对豚鼠局部疼痛刺激阳性反应的影响，以及对注射醋酸后小鼠扭体次数影响。结果：三效愈创软膏有明显的镇痛作用，尤其是8％剂量组具有较好的止痛效果；对小鼠腹腔注射醋酸后的扭体次数亦可明显减少，但对抗干酵母诱发的大鼠升体温作用无显著作用。结论：三效愈创软膏有明显的镇痛作用，且8％剂量组作用最强。
