摘    要:目的:研究肺癌组织中p53 和 Kras 基因突变、蛋白表达,以及二者的关系. 方法:应用 P C R S S C P和免疫组织化学方法分别检测肺癌组织中的p53 和 Kras基因突变和蛋白表达. 结果:肺癌组织中检测到p53 和 Kras基因的突变分别为53% 和14% ,肺癌组织中检测到p53 蛋白和 pras 21 蛋白的积聚分别为58% 和19% . 结论:p53 和 Kras基因突变与肺癌发生关系密切,其基因突变与蛋白的积聚之间存在一致的关系,但并非完全对应. p53 和 Kras基因突变及其表达产物的检测对肺癌患者有一定的辅助诊断意义.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the mutations and the products of p53 and K ras genes in lung cancer tissues and to study the relationship between gene mutation and oncoprotein expression. METHODS: PCR SSCP and immunohistochemistry were used to detect p 53 and K ras gene mutations and oncoprotein expressions. RESULTS: 53% and 14% of the lung cancer tissues were detected to have p 53 and K ras gene mutations and 58% and 19% have p53 and p ras 21 proteins accumulation. CONCLUSION: The genesis of lung cancer is related with p 53 and K ras genes mutations. Though the gene mutation is closely related to the protein accumulation. The detection of p 53 and K ras genes and their expression products is helpful in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
