噻托溴铵治疗重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病的依从性及疗效评价

目的:观察噻托溴铵治疗重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病的依从性及疗效。方法:将86例重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组40例,观察组采用噻托溴铵治疗,对照组采用异丙托溴铵治疗,观察组两组患者的疗效及依从性。结果:观察组总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组的85.0%,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性为95.7%,略高于对照组的92.5%,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵用于重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗安全有效,患者依从性高,值得临床推广应用。

Evaluation of compliance and efficacy of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the compliance and efficacy of Tiotropium Bromide in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods In our hospital,86 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into 46 cases of observation group and 40 cases of control group,the observation group treated with Tiotropium Bromide,the control group treated with Ipratropium Bromide,the compliance and efficacy of two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 97.8%,significantly higher than 85.0% of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the compliance of the observation group was 95.7%,appreciably higher than 92.5% of the control group,the difference between the groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tiotropium Bromide in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is effective,safe,and high compliance of patients,it is worth generalizaing and applying.
