| 摘 要： | 目的分析心理因素在自然分娩中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2009年12月650例准备阴道分娩的处于不同心理状态的足月产妇的最终分娩方式,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定产妇的精神状态,以平均分为分界线,划分为SAS高分组和低分组。结果对阴道自然分娩充满信心的产妇顺产率为80%,对分娩不自信有疑虑的产妇顺产率为68%(t=4.21,P0.001)。结论产妇的心理因素在自然分娩中起很大的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyze the Function of mental factors on natural delivery.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the final delivery mode of 650 term parturients from Third Hospital of Tangshan （2008.1~2009.12） who were prepared for vaginal delivery and in different mental status.Their mental status were evaluated with Self-rating Anxiety Scale ,according to which they were divided into two groups：high-score group and low-score group.Results The normal delivery ratio of the parturients who had confidence in natural delivery was 80%. And the normal delivery ratio of the parturients who had not confidence in natural delivery is 68%（t=4.21,P0.001）.Conclusion The mental factors of parturient play a great role in natural delivery. |
