肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清炎症细胞因子的检测及临床意义

目的探讨血清炎症细胞因子（IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α）在肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）发病中的作用及临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定60例MPP患儿和60例健康儿童血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF—α水平。结果急性期患儿血清IL-2的水平与恢复期、对照组比较显著降低，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；急性期患儿血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的水平与恢复期、对照组比较显著上升，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；恢复期和对照组炎症细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF—α参与了MPP发生和疾病进展，检测上述炎症细胞因子变化对判定病情和预后有-定的临床应用价值。

Clinical Significance of Serum Inflammatory Cytokines in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Objective To investigate the change of serum inflammatory eytokines （ IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF- α ） in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia （ MPP ） and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of children with acute MPP and 60 healthy children were used as object of study. The serum inflammatory cytokines levels were tested by ELISA method. Results The serum IL-2 level of the acute MPP group was lower than that of the convalescent MPP group and control group, the difference were significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The serum IL-6, IL- 10 and TNF- α levels of the acute MPP group were higher than those of the convalescent MPP group and control group, the difference were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The serum inflammatory cytokines levels were no difference significantly between the convalescent MPP group and control group （ F 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF- α involved in the occurrence and disease progression of MPP. It has important significance to detect the serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF- α levels in children with MPP.
