云南省保山市第一轮全球基金疟疾项目执行期间疟疾疫情分析

目的通过分析第一轮全球基金疟疾项目执行前后的疟疾发病情况,了解第一轮全球基金疟疾项目前期执行意义,为第一轮全球基金疟疾项目的后期工作和常规的疟疾防治及第五轮全球基金疟疾项目的执行服务。方法对两县项目执行前后的疟疾发病资料进行统计分析。结果第一轮全球基金疟疾项目前期限执行意重大,对两县的疟疾防治工作起到了较好的作用。内源性疟疾发病的控制取得了较好的成绩。特别是腾冲县内源性疟疾发病的控制更为突出,下降6.90%。结论第一轮全球基金疟疾项目对两县内源性疟疾发病的控制具有较好的作用,相对内源性疟疾的控制第一轮全球基金疟疾项目的执行对外源性疟疾发病的控制作用却不够理想。

Analysis of malaria incidence in Baoshan City during implementation of Malaria Control Project of first round Global Fund

Objective To anlayze the first round of the Global Fund Malaria Control Project implemented in Baoshan City and offer reference for implementation of fifth round Global Fund Malaria Control Project. Methods The data concerning malaria control before and after implementation of roll back malaria project were collected and analyzed. Results The im- plementation of first round of the Global Fund Malaria Control Project is of singifieanee in guiding the control activities with satisfactory results. Conclusion The implementation of first round of the Global Fund Malaria eontrolo Project has speeded up malaria control progress.
