针刺疗法对稳定型心绞痛患者生存质量的影响

目的 :观察针刺治疗对稳定型心绞痛患者生存质量的影响。方法 :6 3例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为针刺组 32例和对照组 31例。 2组均口服易顺脉胶囊 ,针刺组同时配合针刺治疗 ,并观察治疗前后心电图及生存质量的变化。结果 :2组均治疗 8周后 ,心电图均明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在改善生存质量方面 ,针刺组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :针刺治疗能有效改善心肌缺血 ,并能提高患者的生存质量。

Effect of Acupuncture Treatment on Quality of Life in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the effects of acupuncture treatment on quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods: Sixty-three patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=32) and control group (n=31). Both groups were subjected to the oral administration of Yishunmai capsule with addition of acupuncture in the acupuncture group for 8 weeks. The changes in frequency of episodes, total duration of episodes, total ischemic burden and the quality of life before and after 8 weeks treatment were observed. Results: In the two groups, the frequency of episodes was slowed down, total duration of episodes shortened and total ischemia burden of patients with stable angina pectoris decreased after treatment (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There was significant difference in the improvement of the quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment can improve myocardial ischemia and increase the quality of life of the patients with stable angina pectoris.
