| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析1983年1月～1985年12月经生殖内分泌门诊诊治的873例不育患者的病因及237例妊娠的治疗和预后。原发不育751例(86.0％),继发不育122例(14.0％);妊娠率各为40.3％与57.6％,差异显著。80％的妊娠出现在检查或治疗后6个月内。指出治疗不育首先应查清病因,采取针对性治疗措施,方能取得较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed retrospectively from Jan 1983-Dec 1985, causes, treatment and prognosis of 873 infertile patients and 237 pregnant cases in the reproductive endocrinologic clinic. Primary infertility was found in 751 (86.0%) cases and secondary infertility in 122 (14.0 %)coses (P 0.005) with pregnancy rates of 40.3 and 57.6% respectively (l)<0.0l) .Because of characteristics of this clinic, most of the cases were endocrine diseases (71.9%) . To find out the causes of infertility before starting treatment is of utmost importance. Examination of infertility should be performed as a couple. About 80% of the pregnancies either after examination or treat-ment took place within 6 months. |
