过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器在腔镜器械灭菌中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器在腔镜器械灭菌中的应用价值.方法:选取2010年12月~2012年6月140件腔镜器械为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(采用2%戊二醛浸泡消毒)和观察组(采用过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌)各70件,然后将两组中不同腔镜的细菌残留率、对器械损伤情况、对医护人员的不良反应、消毒时间及灭菌后有效时间进行比较.结果:观察组中不同腔镜的细菌残留率、对器械损伤发生率和对医护人员的不良反应发生率均低于对照组,消毒时间短于对照组,灭菌后有效时间长于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论:过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器在腔镜器械灭菌中的应用价值高,并且安全性也较高.

Application on the low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer in the sterilizing of endoscopic instruments

Abstract:Objective: To study the application value of low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer in the sterilizing of endoscopic instruments. Methods :140 endoscopic.instruments from December 2010 to June 20!2 were selected as research object, and they were ran- domly divided into control group (2% glutaraldehyde immersion disinfection group)and observation group( low temperature hydrogen per- oxide plasma sterilizer group) with 70 cases in each group, then the bacterial retention rate of different endoscopic instruments, damage sit- uation for the instruments ,adverse reaction for the medical staff,sterilization time and effective time after the sterilization of two groups were compared. Results:The bacterial retention rate of observation group's different endoscopic instruments, damage rate for the instru- ments and adverse reaction rate for the medical staff were all lower than those of control group, sterilization time was shorter than that of control group,effective time after the sterilization was longer than that of control group,all P 〈0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion :The application value of low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer in the sterilizing of endoscopic instruments is higher, and the safety is higher.
