某高校女教工甲状腺疾病患病情况分析

目的了解高校女教工甲状腺疾病患病情况，制定有效的预防措施。方法对某高校2006年、2012年女教工2次体检时甲状腺疾病的普查资料进行回顾性分析。结果甲状腺疾病总检出率为39．37％（176／447）；弥漫性肿大占7．95％（14／176），甲状腺结节占92．05％（162／176）。甲状腺结节的检出率2006年为36．79％，2012年为41．70％；甲状腺结节的栓出率随年龄增长而递增，各年龄段甲状腺结节的检出率差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结节以直径〈1．0cm的单发结节为主，超声表现为低回声结节占64．42％，合并钙化占10．37％；发生部位在右侧叶者占51．83％。结论某高校女教工甲状腺疾病检出率较高，定期普查是早发现、早诊断、早治疗的有效措施。

Analysis on Prevalence of Thyroid Diseases in Female Teaching Staff of a Certain College

Objective To have knowledge about the prevalence of thyroid diseases in female teaching staff of colleges and to take effective prevention measures. Method Data of mass screening for thyroid diseases in fe-male teaching staff of a certain college from physical examination in 2006 and 2012 was retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results Total detection rate of thyroid diseases was 39.37% （176/447）, in which diffuse goiter ac-counted for 7. 95% （14/176） and thyroid nodule accounted for 92.05% （162/176）. Detection rate of thyroid nodule in the year 2006 was 36.7% and that was 41.70% in 2012. Detection rate of thyroid nodule gradually in-creased with age, and differences in detection rate of thyroid nodule in different age groups were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. The nodules were mainly solitary nodules with diameter 〈1.0 cm. Hypoechoic nodules in the ultrasonographic appearance accounted for 64.42% and combined calcification accounted for 10.37%. Nodules with occurrence site in right lobe accounted for 51.83 %. Conclusion Detection rate of thyroid disea-ses in female teaching staff of a certain college is relatively high. Regular mass screening is an effective measure for early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease.
