| 摘 要： | 目的探索多发骨折合并尿道膀胱损伤的护理方法。方法对18例骨盆骨折以及跟骨、胫腓骨多发骨折伴膀胱损伤患者进行系统护理,包括尿道损伤的护理,跟骨骨牵引护理,皮肤、体位、饮食及疼痛护理,并发症预防,功能锻炼等,观察其临床效果。结果18例患者全部治愈康复出院。结论多发骨折合并尿道膀胱损伤必须采取综合护理措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing method of multiple fractures with urethral and bladder injury. Method 18 cases of patients suffering from multiple fractures like pelvic fracture, fractures of calcaneus, tibia and fibula with bladder injury received systematic nursing, including nursing of urethral injury, skeletal trac-tion nursing of calcaneus, and nursing of skin, posture, diet and pain, complication prevention and function exercise, and the clinical effect was observed. Results 18 cases of patients were all recovered and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Multiple fractures with urethral and bladder injury must take integrated nursing measures, |
