床旁康复护理单对髋关节置换术后康复的影响

目的：探讨应用床旁康复护理单对髋关节置换手术患者康复的影响.方法：将80例髋关节置换手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例.对照组采取传统的康复训练形式,试验组应用床旁康复护理单的康复训练形式.术后2周比较两组患者第1次下地时间、单次最远行走距离、髋关节功能评分、疼痛评分及对护理工作满意度.结果：试验组患者第1次下地时间早于对照组（P＜0.05）,术后2周单次最远行走距离长于对照组（P＜0.05）,髋关节功能评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）,疼痛评分低于对照组,对护理工作满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：床旁康复护理单在临床的试用中,缩短了患者的康复进程,适应优质护理服务,值得在临床推广使用.

Influence of bedside rehabilitation care forms to the postoperative rehabilitation of hip replacement

Objective：To discuss the influence of bedside rehabilitation care forms to the postoperative rehabilitation of hip replacement.Methods：80 cases of patients with hip replacement operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional form of rehabilitation training,the experimental group used bedside rehabilitation nursing order form.2 weeks after operation were compared between two groups of patients first next time,a single maximum walking distance,hip function score,pain score and satisfaction with nursing work.Results：The experimental group were first times more time earlier than the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,after 2 weeks the single maximum walking distance longer than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,the function of hip joint was higher than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,pain scores were lower than the control group,the nurses＇job satisfaction is higher than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Bedside rehabilitation care forms could shorten the rehabilitation process of hip replacement and provide the high quality nursing service,which is worth for extending in clinic.
