| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨加温生理盐水洗胃在胃潴留患者中的应用效果.方法：将60例胃潴留需要行洗胃的患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例.观察组将生理盐水加热至35 ～ 38℃经胃管洗胃,对照组采用常温下生理盐水直接进行洗胃,比较两组患者恶心、呕吐发生情况及心率改变情况.结果：观察组发生恶心、呕吐情况及心率改变情况均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：使用适当加温的生理盐水进行洗胃治疗能有效减少恶心、呕吐、心率改变的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the effect of warm saline lavage in patients with gastric retention. Methods ： 60 cases of gastric reten- tion and the need for gastric lavage were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The ob- servation group received saline and heating to 35 -38 ℃ after gastric lavage tube, the control group used saline at room temperature for gastric lavage, compared two groups of patients with nausea, vomiting and heart rate changes. Results： In the observation group, nausea, vomiting, and changes in heart rate were lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The use of appropriate saline was used to warm the gastric lavage therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of nausea, vomiting,changes in herrt rate. |
