口腔综合保健对儿童龋齿发病率的影响

目的观察口腔综合保健对儿童龋齿发病率的影响，探讨口腔保健在儿科保健中的作用。方法选择我院2010年1月-2011年1月儿科保健门诊的300例儿童，随机分为实验组和对照组各i50例。实验组给予健康教育、饮食干预、牙齿窝沟封闭、氟离子透入等口腔综合保健，对照组不采取干预措施。所有儿童均随访i2个月，对2组儿童龋齿发生情况进行比较。结果实验组在随访6个月、12个月时龋齿的发病率分别为2．0％和3．3％，对照组分别为6．7％和12．0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05或p〈0．01）。结论口腔综合保健可降低儿童龋齿的发生率，应在儿科保健中进一步推广应用。

Effect of Integrated Dental Healthcare on Incidence Rate of Dental Caries in Children

Objective To observe the effect of integrated dental healthcare on incidence rate of dental caries in children and to probe into the function of dental healthcare played in pediatric healthcare. Method 300 cases of children received in the outpatient of pediatric healthcare from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 150 cases in each group. Children in the experimental group received integrated healthcare as health education, dietary intervention, pit and fissure sealing of teeth and fluoride iontophoresis while children in the control group didn＇t take any intervention meas-ures. A 12-month follow-up was conducted for all children and incidence of dental caries in children from the two groups was compared. Results Incidence rate of dental caries in the experimental group 6 and 12 months after the follow-up was 2.0% and 3.3% respectively while that in the control group was 6.7% and 12.0% re-spectively, and differences between the two groups were statistically significant （p〈0.05 or p〈0.01）. Con-clusion Integrated dental healthcare can reduce incidence rate of dental caries in children, so it shall be further promoted in the pediatric healthcare.
