北京大学新生军训期间常见病发病情况调查

目的了解高校新生军训期间常见病发病情况，为军训疾病防治工作提供科学依据。方法以2011年北京大学参加军训的新生3412人为调查对象，对发病情况进行调查分析。结果本次军训期间共5349人次就诊，其中男生2551人次，占47．6％；女生2798人次，占52．4％。就诊率最高的是呼吸系统疾病，占40．5％；其余依次是外伤占15．2％，女性痛经占8．5％，晒伤占6．8％，中暑占4．1％。结论军训期间易发生呼吸系统疾病、外伤、痛经、晒伤及中暑等疾病，应开展有效预防措施，降低此类疾病的发生。

Investigation on Incidence of Common Diseases in Freshmen of Peking University During Military Training

Objective To have knowledge about the incidence of common diseases in freshmen during military training so as to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling diseases in military training. Method Disease incidence of 3 412 freshmen from peking university who took part in military training in 2011 was sur-veyed and analyzed. Results There were a total of 5 349 students seeing a doctor during this military training, among which 2 551 students were male accounting for 47. 6% while 2 798 ones were female accounting for 52.4 %. Disease with the highest clinical visit rate was respiratory disease, accounted for 40.5 %, which was followed by trauma with a percentage of 15.2%, algomenorrhea 8.5%, sunburn 6.8% and heliosis 4.1%. Conclusion Respiratory disease, trauma, algomenorrhea, sunburn and heliosis occur frequently during mili-tary training. Effective prevention measures shall be taken to lower incidence of the foregoing diseases.
