细节护理在骨科患者中的应用

目的：探讨细节护理在骨科患者中的实施效果,旨在提高护理质量.方法：选择2010年12月～ 2012年12月我院骨科住院治疗的164例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各82例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施细节护理,比较两组患者投诉情况和满意度.结果：观察组投诉情况明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义.结论：在骨科住院患者护理中实施细节护理,能够提高护理效果,降低护理投诉率,提高患者满意度.

Application of details nursing in department of orthopedics patients

Objective：To investigate the effect of details nursing care implementation in the orthopedic ward,aimed at improving the quality of nursing.Methods：From December 2010 to December 2012 in department of orthopedics treatment of 164 patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group with 82 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,the observation group based on the routine nursing on the implementation details.The two groups of complaints and satisfaction were compared.Results：In the observation group were significantly lower than the control group complaints （P ＜ 0.05）,observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group （P ＜ 0.05） with statistically significant difference.Conclusion：Implementation details nursing in orthopedic patients can improve nursing effect,reduce nursing errors,and improve patient satisfaction.
