还原型谷胱甘肽在急性胰腺炎中的临床应用

摘    要:目的 :探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗急性胰腺炎时对胰腺、肝脏和肾脏的保护作用。方法 :治疗组 38例被给予还原型谷胱甘肽 12 0 0 m g/d× 7天 ,对照组 40例按常规治疗。结果 :两组急性胰腺炎患者都有明显好转 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组 3天和 7天血淀粉酶恢复正常的显效率分别为 42 .7%和 81.5 % ,对照组分别为 17.5 %和 5 0 % ,有统计学差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;尿淀粉酶恢复正常的显效率分别为 2 8.9%和 5 2 .6 % ,对照组为 12 .5 %和 30 % ,后者有统计学差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。肝功能的恢复情况治疗组优于对照组。结论 :在急性胰腺炎治疗中 ,还原型谷胱甘肽能有效地保护胰腺、肝脏和肾脏。

Abstract:Objective:It is to study the protective function of reduced glutathione (TAD) for pancreas, liver and kidney on acute pancreatitis. Methods: Thirty eight patients in treatment group were treated with TAD (dose: 1200mg/d×7days). Forty patients in control group received normal treatment. Results: The clinical symptoms in two groups had obviously improved. The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. The sensible rates of blood amylase recovered normal were 42.7% and 81.5% respectively in treatment group in third day and seventh day. And those in control group were 17.5% and 50% respectively. There was statistical different between the two groups ( P <0.05, P< 0.01). The sensible rates of urine amylase recovered normal were 28.9% and 52.6% respectively in treatment group in third day and seventh day. And those in control group were 12.5% and 30% respectively. There was statistical different on the last one between the two groups ( P <0.05).The improvement of liver functions in treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusion:TAD can protect pancreas, liver and kidney effectively in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.;
