p53蛋白及c-erbB-2蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达

目的：研究ｐ５３及ｃｅｒｂＢ２蛋白在胆囊良恶性病变中的表达及意义，探讨它们在胆囊癌早期诊断和鉴别诊断中的潜在价值。方法：采用免疫组化ＳＰ法及微波抗原修复法检测２９例胆囊癌及２１例胆囊良性病变的ｐ５３蛋白的表达，同时仅用ＳＰ法检测ｃｅｒｂＢ２蛋白的表达。结果：ｐ５３蛋白在胆囊癌中表达的阳性率为５１７％，而在良性病变中无表达（Ｐ＜００５）；ｐ５３蛋白的表达在早晚期胆囊癌中无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）；仅３例胆囊癌ｃｅｒｂＢ２阳性表达，其中１例ｐ５３亦阳性。结论：ｐ５３蛋白检测可做为胆囊癌早期诊断及鉴别诊断的一个重要指标

p53 and c erbB 2 Protein Expression in Gallbladder Carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression and significance of p53 and c erbB 2 proteins in the gallbladder carcinomas and the benign lesions of gallbladder and to explore their potential value in early and differential diagnosis. Methods: the S P immunohistochemistry method was adopted for p53 and c erbB 2 immunostaining, and antigen retrival method by microwave only for p53 immunostaining. p53 and c erbB 2 proteins expression in 29 gallbladder carcinomas and 21 cases of the benign lesions of gallbladder were detected. Results: 51.7% of gallbladder carcinomas was p53 protein positive, but no expression of p53 protein in benign lesions of gallbladder ( P <0.05); there was no significance in the prevalance of p53 protein expression between the early gallbladder carcinomas and the advanced ones ( P >0.05); three cases of gallbladder carcinomas were c erbB 2 positive (10.3%), only one of which was also p53 positive. Conclusions: p53 protein can serve as an important marker for the early and differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
