摘    要:测定了活性碳(AC)及载银活性碳(AC(Ag))的比表面积和孔径分布曲线,对比研究了AC及AC(Ag)对大肠杆菌的吸附能力和灭菌性能。结果表明,载银后,虽然AC(Ag)的比表面积下降,但由于银的存在,使其吸附的大肠杆菌数量高于AC,而吸附速度低于AC。灭菌试验表明,AC对大肠杆菌没有杀灭能力,而AC(Ag)对大肠杆菌有较好的灭菌功能。

Abstract:Specific surface area and pore diameter distribution of activated carbon (AC) and activated carbon supporting silver (AC(Ag)) were determined. The bacterial adsorption capability and antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli of both AC and AC(Ag) were studied for comparison. Results showed that the specific surface area of AC(Ag) was smaller compared with that of AC due to the blockage of pores with diameter of 13nm by silver particles. The bacterial number adsorbed by AC(Ag) was greater by comparison to AC, but bacterial adsorption rate of AC(Ag) was slower than that of AC. Antibacterial tests indicated that AC demonstrated no antibacterial effect, AC(Ag), however, exhibited strong antibacterial property.
