摘    要:用D-I型非极性大孔吸附树脂从发酵滤液中吸附头孢菌素C,再经阴离子交换树脂进一步纯化后,加醋酸锌沉淀,在实验室研究和小规模试生产中都收到较好的效果。

Abstract:D-I non-polar macroporous resin was used to adsorb cephalospo-rin C(CPC)in fermentation filtrate,and most impurities as well as 70% ofdeacetylcephalosporin C(DCPC)could be removed.The relationship between theCPC concentration of solution and the equilibrium adsorption capacity of D-Iresin corresponded with Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.In pilot plant scale of 5t.fermentator.CPC was extracted with D-I adsorp-tion resin followed by exchanging SIPI-82 anion-exchange resin,then precipi-tated with Zn(OAC)_2.The overall yields were 70-75%,the adsorption capacityof D-I resin was about 20000u/ml.
