穴位手法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效及其对血流动力学的影响

摘    要:为探讨穴位(风池、风府、肩井、翳风、百会、太阳)手法推拿治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效及其对患者血流动力学的影响.选择诊断明确的椎动脉型颈椎病患者120例,随机分为穴位手法推拿治疗组(治疗组)60例和口服西比灵组(对照组)60例,连续3周,观察治疗前后眩晕、颈肩痛、头痛和TCD变化.结果显示,治疗组治疗后颈肩痛、头痛计分与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),基底动脉、左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉的PS与对照组比较差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05~0.01).表明穴位手法可明显改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的眩晕、颈肩痛和头痛等症状,明显提高椎基底动脉的血流速度,其疗效与穴位手法推拿治疗改善椎基底动脉供血有关.

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to study the therapeutic effect and influence of massage on acupoints (Fengchi GB 20, Fengfu GV 16, Jianjing GB 21, Yifeng TE 17, Baihui GV 20, Taiyang Ex-HN 5) (MOA) on vertebral-artery-type cervical spondylosis (VATCS). One hundred and twenty cases of definitely diagnosed VATCS were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the treated and the control (n=60 cases each), which were treated for three weeks by MOA and by Sibiling, respectively; the changes in vertigo, trachelodynia, omalgia, headache and TCD were observed. The results showed that after the treatment, the treated group had a significant difference from the control in the scores of trachelodynia, omalgia and headache and in PS of the right and left vertebral arteries and basic artery with a significant difference (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05 to 0.01), suggesting that MOA could significantly raise the flow speed of the vertebral basic artery and improve the symptoms of VATCS, such as vertigo, trachelodynia, omalgia, headache and so on; the therapeutic effect may be related to the function of MOA to improve the vertebral-artery blood supply.
