连续性血液净化治疗的安全防范

目的总结125例病人进行546次连续性血液净化治疗(CRRT)安全操作的措施、经验和教训。方法对CRRT治疗中容易出现的安全问题进行防范。结果546次CRRT治疗中发生的不良反应有血压下降25例次,插管处渗血15例次,留置管内血栓形成3例次,血液过滤器凝血6例次,体温不升4例次,寒颤1例次,高钾1例次,低钙1例次,经过有效正确处理后均能安全顺利完成CRRT治疗,无1例发生严重并发症。结论在治疗过程的各个环节注意安全问题,提高工作责任心,在治疗前、中、后加强安全防范,及时发现问题,及时解决,以及做好心理护理,对CRRT治疗顺利完成起关键性作用。

SAFETY PROBLEMS AND PREVENTION IN CRRT

Objective To summarize the measures, experience and lesson of safety operation in the CtLRT （ continuous renal replacement therapy） treatment on 125 patients for 546 times. Methods The prevention measures were carried out on the safety problems that easily appear in the CRRT treatment. Results The harmful reactions oc- curred in CRRT treatment of 546 times were as follows： Decrease of blood pressure 25 case - times ; hemorrhage on the intubation part 15 case -times; thrombus formed in the indwelling tube 3 case -times; coagulation of blood falter 6 case - times; no increase in body temperature 4 case - times; chill 1 case - time; high blood potassium 1 case - time and low blood calcium I easetime. With the effective and proper measures carded out, the CRRT treatment had been performed smoothly without severe complications occurred. Conclusion Attaching importance to the safety problems appearing in each step of treatment, facilitating the responsibility in work, strengthening the safety prevention during the whole course, finding out the problems timely and paying attention to the psychological nursing are necessary for the smooth implementation of CRRT treatment.
