Abstract:Objective To evaluate the limb and joint function after treatment the pelvic bone tu mors by the microwave hyperthermia i nserted antenna arrays.Methods51patients were treated by inserted microwave antenna arrays induced hyperthermia.All patient limb and joint functions were observed and analyze d from oncology,function and complications.Results There were 9recurred cases and 7of th em died.A-mong the remaining 42patients,36pa tients had excellent and good limb and joint function,6patients had fair function.Conclusions By the method of inserted microwave antenna arrays induced hyperthermia to tre at the pelvic tumors the limb and join t function was excellent.
