摘 要: | 目的 针对临床医学专业专科生制定OSCE实训考核大纲.方法 应用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询,对专家意见进行整理分析,筛选OSCE实训考核大纲内容.结果 2轮咨询专家的积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别是0.78和0.83;第2轮咨询大纲内容重要性、合理性、可行性的协调系数分别为0.427(P <0.01)、0.310(P <0.01)、0.336(P <0.01).依据第2轮的调查结果和筛选标准,确定了45项大纲内容.结论 参与咨询的专家的积极性和权威程度较高,协调程度较好,咨询结果具有科学性和可靠性,所确定的OSCE实训考核大纲内容可满足临床医学专科生实践教学的需要.

Abstract: | Objective To establish the OSCE training and examination outline for the clinical medical junior college students. Methods The Delphi method was used in two rounds of the experts consultation, to screen the OSCE outline contents by the analysis of the expert advices. Results In the two rounds of the expert consultation, the experts' positive coefficient was 100%, the authority coefficients were 0. 78 and 0. 83 respectively. In the second round, the coordination coefficient of the importance, the rationality and feasibility of the outline contents were 0.427 ( P 〈 0.01 ), 0.310 ( P 〈 0. 01 ), 0.336 ( P 〈 0. 01 ), respectively. According to the results of the survey and selection criteria in the second round, the 45 contents of outline were determined. Conclusions The degree of the positivity and the authority of experts in this consultation were higher, and the coordination degree was better. So the consultation results had the scientific nature and reliability, the identified the OSCE outline could meet the need of clinical medical students'practice teaching. |
