超声药物透入配合运动疗法治疗脑卒中肩手综合症的临床疗效观察

目的 观察超声药物透入配合运动疗法治疗脑卒中肩手综合症的临床效果。方法 86例脑卒中肩手综合症患者随机分为两组,分别采用超声药物透入配合运动疗法（治疗组）与单纯运动疗法（对照组）治疗。结果 治疗3个疗程后,治疗组显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;FMA评分及VAS评分比较,治疗组在上肢运动功能与对照组相比有显著提高,在疼痛程度上与对照组相比有显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论 超声药物透入对脑卒中肩手综合症的疼痛以及上肢运动功能有很好的治疗作用。

Clinical effect of ultrasound drug penetration combined with physical therapy in the treatment of CVD shoulder-hand syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound drug penetration combined with physical therapy in the treatment of CVD shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods 86 CVD patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received ultrasound drug penetration and physical therapy,while the control group received the physical therapy only. Results After treatment for 3 courses,the obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The FMA of upper limb of the treatment group was improved significantly（P〈0.05）and the VAS score was also alleviated（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasound drug penetration has obvious effect on the CVD shoulder-hand syndrome.
