| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨改良肠道灌洗法在急性肠梗阻手术中的应用效果.方法 回顾分析我院2010年8月至2013年6月收治的16例急性肠梗阻患者术中采用改良肠道灌洗法的临床资料.结果 术后肺部感染2例,无切口感染,无吻合口漏及腹腔感染,全组无手术死亡,10 ～ 14天均顺利出院.结论 改良肠道灌洗法操作简单、创伤小、基本无污染、肠道清洁度高,是一种安全、有效的术中肠道准备方式.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of improved intestinal tract lavation on acute intestinal obstruction. Methods Having made retrospective analysis on the clinical data of the 16 acute intestinal obstruction patients admitted from August, 2010 to June, 2013 by using improved intestinal tract lavation. Results 2 patients suffer post-operative pulmonary infection. There is no incision infection, anastomotie leakage, abdominal infection or death in the patients. All of them had been discharged within 10 - 14 days. Conclusions Improved intestinal tract lavation is easy to operation and basically pollution-free and it causes little trauma and has intestinal tract cleanness; therefore, it is a safe and effective intra-operative bowel preparation method. |
