氟比洛芬酯复合芬太尼用于鼻内窥镜术后镇痛效果评价

目的 评价氟比洛芬酯与芬太尼复合用于鼻内窥镜术后患者行静脉自控镇痛（PCIA）的效果及安全性.方法 40例拟行鼻内窥镜患者随机分为A组：术前给予氟比洛芬酯50 mg,术后氟比洛芬酯100 mg＋芬太尼0.5 mg＋生理盐水至100 ml,B组：术后芬太尼1 mg＋生理盐水至100 ml,每组各20例.观察术后1、4、8、12、24h时的镇痛效果.结果 两组患者术后各时点镇痛和镇静效果良好,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.A组恶心呕吐发生率明显低于B组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.两组患者总体满意度差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 氟比洛芬酯用于鼻内窥镜手术镇痛效果确切,安全可靠.

Evaluation of postoperative analgesia of flurbiprofen Axetil and Fentanyl in patients with endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia （PCIA） with Flurbiprofen Axetil and Fentanyl used in patients with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. Methods 40 patients which prepared to undergo the Endoscopic Sinus Surgery were randondy divided into two groups, each group had 20 cases. Group A had given 50mg Flurbiprofen Axetil before surgery, and 100mg Flurbiprofen Axetil combined with 0.5mg Fentanyl soluted Physiological saline up to 100ml after surgery; Group B had given l mg Fentanyl soluted Physiological saline up to lOOml after surgery. Observed the analgesic effect at the time of 1,4, 8,12,24 hours after surgery. Results The effect of analgesia and sedation of two groups were good at each time after surgery, the difference had no statistically significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of post-operative nausea and vomiting were substantially lower in group A than those of group B （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. The difference of overall satisfaction of two groups had no statistically significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil used for analgesia in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery is exact, safe and reliable.
