| 摘 要： | 目的：研究雪莲总黄酮对Hela、KYSE150、LS180细胞增殖的抑制效果。方法：采用CCK-8检测雪莲总黄酮对Hela、KYSE150、LS180细胞增殖能力的影响，293T细胞为正常细胞对照，观察雪莲总黄酮处理6d后Hela细胞数量形态的变化。结果：雪莲总黄酮0．1mg／mL和0．2mg/mL处理3种癌细胞，与对照组比较，24h和48h后能够不同程度抑制细胞增殖。结论：雪莲总黄酮能够抑制多种癌细胞增殖，具有剂量和时间依赖性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the affects of Sauflsurea involucrata flavonoids on Hela, KYSE150 and LS180 cell lines proliferation. Methods： The affects of Sauflsurea involucrata flavonoids on cells proliferation of Hela, KYSE150 and LS180 cell was determined by a CCK-8 assay, and 293T cells were control group. The number and form of Hela was observed in 6 days. Results： Comparing with the control group, CCK-8 assay showed thatthe growth of cancer cell lines was significantly decreased, after being stimulated by flavones at 0.1 mg/mL and 0.2 mg/mL for 24 and 48 h. Conclusion： Sauflsurea involucrata flavonoids can inhibit cancer cell proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent. |
