甲状腺癌组织RBP2表达与临床病理因素相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨110例甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)、20例结节性甲状腺肿(nodular goiter,NG)和23倒癌旁组织(precancerous tissue,PT)中RBP2表达与临床参数的关系。方法:免疫组化SP法测定2009—01—12—2012—03-20济宁医学院附属医院收集的NG、PTC和PT组织中RBP2分布的位置、表达及与临床参数的关系。结果:PTC、NG和PT组织中RBP2的阳性表达差异有统计学意义,x2=-17.201,P〈0.001。在PTC组织中RBP2的阳性表达率为52.7%,弱阳性表达率为36.2%;在NG组织中RBP2阳性表达率为30.0%,其中83.3%为弱阳性表达;与PT组织相比,RBP2的表达差异有统计学意义x2=-2.261,P=0.024。NG组织中RBP2的表达在年龄(U=-0.481,P=0.630)和性别(x2=-0.825,P=0.409)方面差异均无统计学意义。PT组织RBP2弱阳性表达率为4.3%(1/23),RBP2的表达在年龄(U=-0.877,P=0.380)、性别(U=-0.594,P=0.552)、临床分期(U=-1.369,P=0.171)和淋巴结转移(U=-0.802,p=0.423)差异均无统计学意义。PTC组织与PT组织相比,两者差异有统计学意义,U=-4.149,P〈O.001;与NG组织相比,两者差异有统计学意义,U=-2.085,P=0.037。PTC组织中无淋巴结转移组RBP2的阳性率与淋巴结转移组之间差异无统计学意义,U=-1.432,P=0.152;RBP2的表达在性别(U=-0.777,P=0.437)、临床分期(U=-1.726,P=0.084)和年龄(U=-L236,P=0.216)之间差异无统计学意义。结论:RBP2是甲状腺肿瘤发生早期及恶性转化的重要标志,其表达的增加可以视作是判断甲状腺肿瘤发生的重要临床参考指标。

Expression of RBP2 and its clinical significance in thyroid tissue

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the prognostic significance of RBP2 expression in patients with 110 papillary thyroid carcinoma, 20 Nodular goiter and 23 precancerous tissues. METHODS:From 2009-01-12 to 2012-03-20 in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University the expressions of RBP2 on surgically resected samples from nodular goiter, papilla ry thyroid carcinoma and precancerous tissue were detected hy immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: RBP2 was localized mainly to the thyroid cell nucleus. There was significantly difference among the three groups(NG, PTC and PT) (Z2 = --17. 201,P(0. 001). Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that RBP2 expression was higher in papillary thyroid carcinoma (52.7 %) than that in nodular goiter (36.2 %). Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that RBP2 expres- sion was higher in nodular goiter (30.0%) than that in precancerous tissue(U=- 2. 261, P= 0. 024). There was no sig-nifieantl association with age and gender (U= -- 0.481, P 〈 0. 630 ;U=- 0. 825, P 〈 0. 409) in precancerous tissue, Only 1 case turned out to express RBP2 protein from 23 precancerous tissues. The expression of RBP2 was not significantly as sociated with age, gender, clinical stage status, and lymph nodes metastasis (U = -- 0. 877, P = 0. 380 ; U = - 0.594, P = 0. 552 U= -- 1. 369, P 〈 0. 171 ; U = -- 0. 802, P = 0. 423 ). Papillary thyroid carcinoma and precancerous tissue (U = --4, 149 ,P〈0. 001). There was no difference between cases with positive lymph node metastases and cases with negative lymph nodes(U=- 1. 432, P 〈 0.152). The expression of RBP2 was not significantly associated with gender, stage status, and age (U=--0.777,P=0.437;U=--l, 726,P=0.084U=-l.236,P=0.216).CONCLUSIONS: RBP2 is related well with the occurrence and malignant transformation of thyroid papillary carcinoma. The positive expression of RBP2 can be used to estimate the potentiality and help for the adjuvant treatment.
