| 摘 要： | 目的：建立桃仁膝康丸中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP—HPLC法，色谱柱：AgilentC18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-水-（60：40），检测波长：322nm，流速：1．0mL·min^-1，柱温25℃。结果：蛇床子素进样量在0．1890—3．0240μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=0．9999；平均加样回收率为99．10％（RSD％=1．62％，n=6）。结论：方法简便可行，精密度高，重现性好，可用于桃仁膝康丸的质重控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of osthole in Tao-ren Xi-kang Pills. Methods： The content of osthole was determined by RP-HPLC. Agilent CI8 column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）was used. The mobile phas-es was acetonitrile-water （60：40）; the detection wavelength was 322 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the temperature was 25 ℃. Results： The injection volume of osthole showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.1890-3.0240 μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.10%（RSD%=1.62%, n=6）. Conclusion： The method which is convenient and rapid with high precision and good reproducibility can be used for the quality control of Tao-ren Xi-kang Pills. |
