糖尿病肾病尿毒症期的血液透析临床治疗观察

目的 探讨糖尿病肾病终末期患者的血液透析的临床治疗体会.方法 对我院41例终末期糖尿病肾病患者以血液透析的方法进行治疗,并对患者的血压、血糖、白蛋白、血肌酐和BUN等情况进行观察,比透析治疗后患者的存活情况和死亡情况.结果 经血液透析患者胸腹水、心衰、水电解质及酸碱失衡和贫血等症状明显改善,主要临床和生化指标血红蛋白和血浆白蛋白透析前和透析后比较差异无显著性.结论 结论对于糖尿病肾病终末期患者而言,早期的血液透析治疗非常的重要,同时应积极预防和控制并发症.

Observation on hemodialysis treatment of diabetic nephropathy with uremia

Objective To investigate the clinical experience in treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with end-stage hemodialysis. Methods 41 patients in our hospital in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis treatment, and the blood pressure, blood glucose, albumin, serum creatinine and BUN were observed, than the survival of patients after dialysis therapy and death. Results After hemodialysis in patients with heart failure, ascites, electrolyte and acid-base imbalance and anemia and other symptoms improved significantly, the main clinical and biochemical indexes of hemoglobin and plasma albumin dialysis before and after dialysis had no significant difference. Conclusions For the end stage of diabetic nephropathy patients, hemodialysis treatment early is very important, at the same time, should actively prevent and control complications.
