高一新生心理健康状况及影响因素调查

目的了解高一新生的心理健康状况及其影响因素，为预防和改善高一新生心理问题提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表SCL-90和自编适应调查问卷对扬州2所中学160名高一新生进行问卷调查，并对结果进行统计分析。结果SCL-90的强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性、偏执因子与全国中学生常模相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；心理问题的产生也与学生对新学校的适应程度、学生的情绪状态、学生自感压力状况等学生自身的因素呈正相关。结论高一新生存在一定的心理问题，其产生与学生对新学校适应情况、情绪状态和学业压力存在密切关系。

The Investigation and Analysis on Adaptation and Mental Health Condition of the Students in First Senior Year

Objective To learn the mental health condition and the influencing factors of the students in first senior year, and to provide the references for preventing and solving psychological problems for them. Method To conduct a questionnaire survey to the students in first senior year of two middle school in Yangzhou by using SCL-90 and analyze to the results. Results By comparison to the norm of national middle school students, the SCL-90 dates of the samples have very distinct differences in force symptom, the blahs, the anxiety, the antagonize and psychotic factor（P〈0.01）. The producing of the psychology problems are relevant to their own factors, for example, the adaptation to the new school, the students＇ emotional estate, the students＇ self inductance stress estate and so on. Conclusion The students in first senior year have definite psychology problems; the producing of the problems has close relationships with the adaptation to the new school, the emotional state and the academic pressure.
