| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨当归补血汤粗多糖的补气生血作用和组方的合理性。方法：以失血与环磷酰胺并用所致气血双虚模型大鼠为研究对象,观察药物对外周血红细胞（RBC）、白细胞（WBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）及血小板（PLT）水平的影响。结果：当归补血汤粗多糖及单味药多糖可显著提高失血与环磷酰胺并用致气血双虚模型大鼠外周血RBC、WBC、Hb及PLT的水平,以当归补血汤粗多糖的作用最好。结论：当归补血汤粗多糖可提高机体的造血功能,组方合理。
