房间隔缺损封堵术后CTnI的变化及其意义

目的探讨房间隔缺损（ASD）患者介人治疗前后心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）的变化规律。方法采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法检测36例ASD患者介人前后不同时间点血清cTnI的水平。结果所有患者术前血清CT-nI水平处于正常值范围内,治疗组患者术后6h（0.04±0.02 vs 1.65±0.62,P〉0.01）及24h（0.04±0.02 vs 0.55±0.23,P〉0.01）较术前均升高。对照组与治疗组术前无差异,治疗组与对照组比术后6、24h cTnI明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。但术后72h两组间无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 ASD的介人治疗引起可逆性的心肌微损伤,是一种安全、有效、创伤小的方法。

Cardiac troponin I is increased after interventional closure of atrial septal defects

Objective To observe the changes of cardiac troponin Ⅰ（cTnI） after interventional closure of atrial septal defects（ASD）.Methods cTnI level was measured by ELISA in 36 patients with ASD before,and 6,24,72 hours after intervention.ResultsAll patients with ASD had a serum cTnl level before intervention.The cTnI level was significantly increased at 6,24 hours after intervention compared with control group（P0.01）.There was no difference at 72 hoursin cTnI was found between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Transcatheter closure of atrial septal defects may result in reversible,minor myocardial damage.However it is a safe,effective and ideal method.
