摘    要:进一步研究阿霉素及其脂质体在体内的行为,需要灵敏、精确的定量分析方法,本研究建立了适用于微量阿霉素及其脂质体以及其代谢产物Adriamycinol和Adriamycinone在动物组织、血浆及尿中的高效液相分析方法。

Abstract:An quantitative method for micro-contents of bio-samples and liposomes of Adriamycin and its metabolites was established. The concentrations of Adriamycin, Adriamycinol and Adriamycinone in animal tissues, plasma and urine were quantitated successfully by reverse-phase HPLC method, with the analytical conditions and the extraction process of bio-samples optimized. The minium possible amount was 10~(-10)g, and the recoveries of the three substances in biosamples were more than 80%.
