| 摘 要： | 本文报告了216例SLE,男15例,女201例,年龄8～65岁。主要临床表现包括发热、关节痛、皮疹及肝脾肿大、肾炎等,光敏感及脱发也较常见。作者分析了SLE的实验室异常,发现本组患者LE细胞的检出及瓦氏反应假阳性发生率较低。此外,作者还提出应提高对本病早期诊断的认识和警惕性。

| Abstract: | 216 cases of SLE were reported. Of the 210 patients, 201 were female. The main manifestations included fever, arthralgia, rash, hepatomegaly and nephritis. Photosensitivity and alopecia were also common. In addition, authors analysed their laboratory findings. It was found that the incidences of false-positive Wasserman test were lower. Furthermore authors suggested that great attention should be paid to early diagnosisof this disease. |
