乳腺癌患者术后功能康复的临床路径

目的 探讨临床路径在乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能康复中的应用效果.方法 用历史对照的研究方法,将84例患者分为两组,每组42例,常规组采用常规锻炼方法,临床路径组按照临床路径方式制定锻炼程序指导功能锻炼.结果 术后功能锻炼正确率临床路径组为100%,常规组为61.9%.术后患肢功能恢复达优率临床路径组为85.7%,常规组为61.9%;术后并发症中患肢水肿发生率临床路径组为9.5%,常规组为28.6%.经统计学处理均有显著性差异（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 临床路径模式应用于乳腺癌术后功能锻炼,能明显提高患者术后功能锻炼的正确率,有效减少术后并发症,显著提高功能锻炼达优率,使患者在较短时间内恢复自理能力.

Clinical path intervention of function recovery of patients with breast cancer after operation

Objective To explore the effect of application of clinical path in function recovery of suffering limbs of patients with breast cancers after operation. Methods Eighty-four patients were divided into 2 groups by sampling and grouping randomly,each including 42. Patients in control group adopted normal methods of function recovery, while those in clinical path group exercised according to guidance of clinical path. Results The correct rate of postoperative function exercise in clinical pati was 100%, while that in control group was 61.9%. The postoperative excellent rate in clinical group was 85.7%, 61.9% in control group. And oedema rate of suffering limbs was 9.5%, 28.6% in control group. According to statistical operation, there were significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Application of clinical path in function recovery of patients with breast cancers after operation can improve correct rate of function exercise obviously, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the excellent rate of function exercise greatly and make patients resume their self-dependence ability within shorter time.
