构建护士工作评价系统的研究

目的:研究科学的护士工作评价系统,用于综合评价护士工作的优劣,为提高护理管理质量提供依据。方法:采用分布式数据库,由住院病人满意度评分软件、院内评分软件及统计查询模块三部分组成。按照管理导向原理及统计学要求分别对各系统的权重赋值,按评价结果确定护士星级,根据星级调整绩效工资分配系数。结果:由单维评价发展到多维评价,其结果真实、公正、可操作性强,能有效规范护士行为,激发护士工作热情,真正实现病人满意。结论:采用分布式数据库构建的护士工作评价系统,能完善护理质量管理功能,促进医院整体服务质量的提高。

The study on the establishment and application of the nursing evaluation system

Objective: To establish a scientific nursing evaluation system in order to evaluate the nursing quality comprehensively and improve the quality of nursing management. Methods: The distributed data base system was composed of three software which were patients satisfactory scale,evaluation software in hospital and statistical query module and values in the system were assigned according to the managing oriented theory and the statistical demand. The star-levels of nurses were decided by using the system and the performance wage adjusted according to the star level. Results:The system was developed from single-evaluation to multi-evlauation and the result was impartial and true. It was easy to carry out and able to improve the working efficiency of nurses and nursing quality. Conclusion:Application of the nursng evaluation system based on distributed data base system could improve nursing management and the whole service quality of the hospital.
