| 摘 要： | 本文报道骨髓活检慢性再障16例和MDS9例,根据骨髓组织的造血细胞增生程度、细胞成分和其它组织变化,有助于诊断和鉴别这两种疾病;骨髓活检诊断慢性再障有重要价值。

| Abstract: | The results of bone marrow biopsy from 16 cases of CAA and 9 cases of MDS were reported in this article. It was found that CAA and MDS could be correctly diagnosed and CAA could be differentiated from MDS according to their respective bone marrow proliferative degree, hcmopoietic component and other bone marrow pathological changes. To sum up, bone marrow biopsy is of value in the diagnosis of CAA. So far no report has ever been published in the literature on differentiation between these two diseases by the use of bone marrow biopsy. |
