慢性乙型肝炎患者行肝纤维化无创检测与血清肝纤维化指标比较分析

目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者行肝纤维化无创检测以及血清纤维化标志物透明质酸(HA),层粘连蛋白(LN),III型前胶原肽(PIIIP),IV型胶原(CIV)与肝纤维化程度的关系。方法:对87例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行肝纤维化无创检测并且同时检测血清中ALT,HBV DNA和纤维化标志物的水平,并行肝活检检测肝组织病理纤维化分期。结果:不同组织病理学分期中肝纤维化无创检测值与血清纤维化指标存在一定的相关性,结果具有统计学意义。结论:肝纤维化无创检测能够联合血清纤维化指标的检测,能够指导肝纤维的分级,并对预后有着积极的影响。

Chronic hepatitis B patients with noninvasive liver fibrosis inspection and comparative analysis of serum liver fibrosis

Objective ：Chronic hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis noninvasive examination and serum fi-brosis markers hyaluronic acid （HA） ,laminin （LN） ,III procollagen peptide （PIIIP） ,IV collagen （CIV） and liver relationship between the degree of fibrosis .Methods ：87 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients with noninvasive liver fibrosis checks and simultaneously serum ALT ,HBV DNA and fibrosis markers （HA ,LN ,PIIIP and CIV ） horizontal ,parallel detection of liver biopsy histopathological fibrosis staging .Results：Different histopathological noninvasive staging of liver fibrosis and serum fibrosis markers check value there was a certain correlation between the results with statistical significance .Conclusion ：Noninvasive liver fibrosis examination can combine the detection of serum fibrosis markers ,can guide the classification of hepatic fibrosis ,and has a positive impact on the prognosis .
