Tbx18在心脏发育中的作用及其研究进展

随着人口老龄化以及基因相关心脏疾病的增多,Tbx18凭借其在心脏发育中的独特作用越来越多地受到国内外专家学者的重视.Tbx18转录因子与损伤修复和心肌再生的相关性更是近年来研究的热点问题.现就其在胚胎发育过程中的表达、在心脏发生发展过程中的功能及重要性几方面对Tbx18近几年的研究进展做一综述.

Function and Research Progress of Tbx18 during Heart Development

With the increasing of the aging population and heart disease related to gene, the transcription factor Tbxl8, because of its unique role in the development of heart, have gotten more and more attention from domestic and overseas experts and scholars. What＇ s more, in rencent years,the correlation among this factor, cardiac injury repair and regeneration of myocardium have already become a hot issue a- mong pursuers. Here, we summarize that the research progress in the last few years from the aspects of the expression of Tbxl8 during em- bryonic development and the heart developmental processes controlled by the factor in terms of its function and importance.
