| 摘 要： | 目的分析中药注射剂不良反应发生特点及规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法对2008年1月至2009年6月宁德市药品不良反应监测办公室收到的247份中药注射剂不良反应报告表进行统计分析。结果在247例药品不良反应报告中，≥60岁年龄组发生不良反应居首位，共73例，占29．55％。不良反应的临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最多，其次为全身性损害。结论临床应慎用中药注射剂，加强对中药注射剂不良反应的监测，提高用药水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics and regulars of adverse drug reaction（ADR） of the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in.jecdon for providing the reference of the reasonable clinical medicine use. Methods To adopt the reviewing analytical method to count up and analyze 247 cases ADR report of the TCM injection, these ADR reports were received from Jan. 2008 to Jun. 2009 by ADR monitor office ofmingde city. Results Out of the 247 cases ADR reports, 73 showed ADR among the over（equal） 60-year-old group, amount to 29.55 percent. The clinical expression of ADR is showed mostly skin and appendix harms, secondly a general harm. Conclusion The TCM injection should be used with great care in clinical medicine and the monitor of ADR should be enhanced in order to improve the level of the reasonable medicine use. |
