| 摘 要： | 医疗技术临床准入目标体系，就是在临床前动物试验或试验室试验和临床试验结果的基础上，以一定的指标为基础对该医疗技术进行评估，以决定其是否能进行临床试验以及临床推广。要建立相应医疗技术非临床实验研究的质量管理规范、医疗技术临床实验的质量管理规范，以保证医疗技术实验的可靠性，保证医疗技术临床试验结论的可靠性。
