| 摘 要： | 用成虫、卵及尾蚴抗原做斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot—ELISA)检测96份血吸虫患者血清,阳性率分别、为70.8%、91.7%及81.3%。三种抗原 Dot—ELISA 的互补阳性率为93.8%。而对50份献血员及38份肺吸虫患者血清进行检测都是阴性。Dot—ELHSA 的重现性及稳定性好,抗原用量少、简单、出结果快。

| Abstract: | Dot-ELISA was described for examining the antibodies of Schistosoma japonicum using acetate or nitrocellulose paper disc on which soluble antigens of adult,egg and cercaria of Schistosome were spotted.The positive rates of 96 sera from individuals with Schistosomiasis were 70.8%,91.7% and81.3% respectively.Two out of 96 sera were negative with antigen of egg,however, positive with adult and cercaria antigens.50 sera from blood donor and 38 individuals with antibodies to lung fluke had negative results,2 sera from 37 individuals infected with liver fluke were positive with egg antigen.The sensitivity of this Dot-ELISA with adult and egg antigen was compared with that of ELISA using adult and egg antigen,COP and CHR,and no significant difference was found between them. Dot-ELISA appears to be sensitive,specific,reproducible and stable for serodiagnosis of Schistosomiasis.This test is inexpensive,simple to perform and utilizes minute volumes of antigen and is well adaptable for field use. |
