| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手部烧伤瘢痕整形患者有效的围手术期护理方法。方法:51例手部烧伤瘢痕整形患者根据其具体情况在围手术期给予严密科学的护理。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术。痊愈38例,痊愈率为74.5%,有效13例,有效率为25.5%,总有效率为100%。结论:针对患者的具体情况,制定严密科学的围手术期护理计划,对于保证患者的手术效果和功能恢复具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical effects of nursing of hand burn patients with scar surgery . Methods： 51 cases of hand burn patients with scar surgery were given strict and scientific nursing intervene and health education in perioperative period according the concrete conditions. Results： All patients finished surgery successfully,the cure rate was 74.5 %（ 38 cases）,the effective rate was 25.5%（13 cases）,and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： For ensure the surgery effect and function recovery,it should according to the concrete conditions make up strict and scientific nursing intervene and health education for patients. |
