肥胖与心脑血管病危险因素的探讨

摘    要:目的 为明确营养过剩与心脑血管病高危因素的关系。方法 从参加年度体检的40~60岁的人员中进行BMI、血压、血脂、血糖测定;随机抽取18~60岁以上的人员,分:个年龄组统计超重和肥胖的发生率。结果 随着BMI增加,血压、血脂也相应增高,血糖变化不明显;超重和肥胖有随年龄增加的趋势,其中中年早期是体重增加的第一个高峰期。结论 中老年人增进营养知识,改善营养状况,控制体重,是预防心脑血管病等生活方式病的重要途径。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between nutrition, body weight and risk factors of cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Methods To measure BMI blood pressure, plasma glucose and lipids of clerks with age of 40-60 years in yearly physical examination. BMI analysis was done in 686 indivisuals devided into five age groups. Results With the increment of BMI, blood pressure and plasma lipids were increased accordingly. The body weight was increased significant in accordance with age. Early middle-age is the peak time of increment of body weight. Conclusions It's very important for middle-ages and elders to prevent cardio-cerebrovascular disease with improvement of nutrition and controlling body weight.
